The procedure to make an enamel pin isn’t that complicated. If you’re new to making an enamel pin, then the procedure is quite simple and straightforward. The duration takes around 2-4 weeks with these simple steps.

  • Prepare Your Artwork – To start with, make sure you give provide the design of your pin in a PDF file to a manufacturer. Make sure the design is simple with the correct size, has bold lines and colors with no shape.
  • Decide on the Type of Material – Enamel pins come in 2 types – Soft and hard enamel pins. Hard enamel pins are slightly expensive consisting of hard finish. On the other hand, soft enamel pins are less expensive consisting with thinner finish allowing more detailed appearance.
  • Consider the Size –Enamel pins come in various sizes. Smaller pins are easy to carry and cost less. However, the only downside of the small size is that the design isn’t appealing. While larger enamel pins allow you to have detailed appearance but with less space to pin them.
  • Decide on the Quantity –Artwork, material and size of the enamel pin is done. Now it’s time for the quantity. Manufacturer’s produce 100 units of pins for the first order. This is important to make sure you don’t run out of it while selling.
